Refund Policy

At Botanic Aura, we take hygiene and safety seriously. Due to the nature of our products — including skincare, personal care, and beauty items — we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect selection, or unwanted gifts.

This is because once these products leave our care, we cannot guarantee they have been kept in a safe, unopened, and hygienic condition suitable for resale.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Products

Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund if a product:

  • Is faulty or has a major defect

  • Arrives damaged

  • Is not as described or does not match what was advertised

If this applies, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
We will require:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

  • A description of the issue
